| Employment information | The purpose for holding this information is to allow us to assess the suitability of a candidate for employment by NDA, or by an NDA client; to contact candidates on a regular basis to keep their records up to date; to contact candidates to let them know that work is available for them. We do not provide any of this information to any other party, except with the express consent of the candidate. For example, we do not provide a copy of a resume, or reference checks, or any other material to any client without first asking the candidate whether we can pass their details to that client. We withhold address and other unnecessary candidate details from clients. In order to access or change any personal information, please contact us. When we are sure of your identity, we will gladly provide access to any of the data shown above. We also hold records of reference checks and other references to which we cannot give access because it would infringe the privacy of others. |
Direct marketing |
We use contact details for clients for our own direct marketing, including email, telephone marketing and paper mail marketing. If you at any time receive any communication from NDA which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list. |
